Join fellow SSS skiers at beautiful Lake Tahoe at the base of Heavenly ski resort for our 2024 February ski trip. We are joining the Blue Ridge Ski Council for their Western Winter Carnival, which means lots of extras. Two après-ski events with appetizers and beverages; Farewell dinner with beverages as well as dancing and discounted EPIC Lift pass good for Heavenly, Northstar and, Kirkwood. Spaces are limited for this trip to 22 lodging spaces and 16 plane seats so plan ahead and sign up now.

price: $2,540 and includes:

~ Flight: United to Sacramento through Denver

~ Bus to Heavenly

~ 7 nights at Harvey’s Hotel and Casino—site of all BRSC events

~ 5-day Epic pass — add a 6th day for $54.

~ 2 apres-ski parties: Sun. Feb. 4th and Tues. Feb. 6th with food and beverage

~ Farewell dinner with beverages plus dancing Thur. Feb. 8th~ SSS pre-trip party

~ Baggage handling at the Hotel

Single supplement is $679, Land Only $1,765 (includes the Epic 5-day pass)

Payment schedule: Deposit $200 plus separate full EPIC pass payment (currently priced at $313 for a 5day ticket) July 1st $506; August 1st $506; September 1st $506; October 1st Final payment of $509 or as adjusted.

Cancellation penalties, in addition to the Club policy available on our website, for this trip begin October 21 for air at $50 and will be non-refundable once ticket is issued by December 5. Lodging cancellation penalties apply on December 5 and will be one night’s room rate. The average rate is $194. 9

The Epic pass included in the package is discounted 10%. It is subject to aperiodic price increases and will not be available after the start of the ski season. Purchase of the pass must be paid in full, separately, and accompanied by the registration form provided. The form and check, should be sent along with your initial deposit. Since once purchased, the pass is non-refundable, your form and pass money will be held until the agent notifies the Club that the a price increase is imminent. 5 Day pass is $313; 6 Day pass $367. Other discounted Epic passes are available from our agent as long as purchased with the Heavenly package and provides coverage of Heavenly during our trip.
